INTEGRATE will soon be celebrating its 27th year since its founding in 1996, marking a significant milestone often regarded as a generation. We are committed to planning for the long term to ensure that many more generations can build on this legacy.

As part of our succession plan, we are pleased to announce that our management team is getting younger. Rolf Dätwyler and Louis-Pierre Gagnaux, who have played key roles in shaping INTEGRATE over the last 25 years as leaders and owners, are stepping down from their management positions. They will, however, continue to support their customers.

With the two new owners, Dany Benz (43) and Daniel Rösch (29), we have successfully recruited internal employees for the future management of INTEGRATE. Robert Ach, the founder of the company, will remain with us for the long term, ensuring that the two "newcomers" can familiarize themselves with their exciting tasks over the next few years.

INTEGRATE continues to stand for consistency and customer proximity. That's why the new members of the management team will also be working on the front line and supporting Robert Ach in his role as Managing Director. With this solution, INTEGRATE stands for sustainability and continuity. We aim to continue growing, strengthen our foothold in in-house projects, and confirm our reputation as a reliable partner with high quality standards in personnel leasing.
