Fully Automated Commissioning Lines

Our customer is one of the leading meat processers in Switzerland. We were entrusted to realize a software solution for deep freeze commissioning lines. These are fully automated commissioning lines with palletization of delivery units. The individual deep-frozen products in the order units are automatically recognized by the 3D scanner, then packed, weighed, labeled and palleted. The individual processing steps are controlled and visualized by SPS control. The production data are communicated to the order system.

The production control (visualization of the chain), configuration, peripheral logic and data maintenance is realized in diverse programs. Consequently, the customer can install the components on the same or different computers, as needed. The system exchanges data via a central database.
